Where applicable, we may require prepayment or a deposit to secure an appointment.
3. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged at the full appointment fee.
We reserve the right to require prepayment for future bookings where appointments have been missed or cancelled late.
4. Clinical Responsibility
All treatment is provided based on the information supplied by you and our professional clinical assessment.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies or changes in your health.
While we take all reasonable care in delivering treatment, no medical procedure can guarantee specific outcomes.
5. Referrals
Where clinically appropriate, we may recommend referral to another healthcare professional. Any referral recommendation is made in your best clinical interest.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
